At Baja House Inspectors, we are professionals who have extensive experience in architectural design, construction, and environmental engineering; and we help home buyers make informed decisions based on detailed inspection reports. As certified professionals, we take time to make sure we thoroughly examine every visible and accessible component in the house during a house inspection, as described in the InterNACHI Standards of Practice. Our Process
Free Consultation
We'll sit down with you, speak over the phone or have a zoom call, and hear about your house, needs and expectations, and give you some initial thoughts about it, at no charge or obligation to you. This meeting gives us a chance to get to know each other.
Quote
We'll prepare a quote explaining our pricing for house inspections services and associated costs, giving you a clear cost breakdown for the work before you commit to purchase.
House inspection
Upon approval of the quote, we'll schedule a date and time to conduct the house inspection. The duration of the inspections will take between 2 to 3 hours. You are not required to be present at the time of the inspections, but it could be useful for you to be there.
Final report
We'll prepare a document communicating comprehensively the information which has been compiled as a result of the house inspection, and submitt it within 2 working days.
